Logan Housing Listening Launch
Everyone needs to feel that they are listened to.
A good neighbour is one who listens to what is going on in our community. Strong organisations come together to solve the problems that their members experience or witness.
Through our informal listening and conversations in our member organisations, we have heard harrowing stories about challenges with housing in our city. But we don't yet have a critical mass of leaders or organisations engaging on this issue. We need to listen to more stories from across our Alliance to get a better sense of the specifics of the problem, and to test whether there is energy to act on this issue here in Logan.
Together, we will build relationships through sharing stories, and identify the housing related pressures that our communities face. We will then make plans and commitments to act together, building power on housing in Logan.
All members of Alliance partner organisations are welcome to attend.
