Logan Kids

Our Logan Kids project is organising the community to support the outcomes of Logan Together.

Logan Together logo

Logan Together is a collective impact model, everyone working together to improve outcomes of all kids 0-8 in Logan.  It brings together all the social service providers and all the levels of government to align what they are doing with a measurable target.

What are we doing?

We realise that the thing that will make the biggest difference to Logan in 10-15 years time is making sure families and kids have the right start in life. If we have healthy, happier, better educated kids growing up then our city will be a safer place to live.

We're building three Action Hubs in Kingston, Loganlea and Beenleigh.  In each one a community centre, a union and faith institution are driving the process of hearing stories from local people and bringing them together to take action.  You can get involved in one of these Action Hubs or in helping with the project right across Logan by using the form below.

Our Commitments

At our 2015 Logan Assembly more than 20 organisations pledged to take action to address the outcomes of children aged 0-8 in Logan, by informing all their members in Logan of the Logan Together Collective Impact project, and organising wider civil society.

This pledge was matched by Queensland Minister for Communities, Shannon Fentiman, who committed $75,000 in funding this financial year to the Logan Community Group Alliance to organise Logan civil society towards this goal.
